Business Development

Employing specialised Business Development Managers, our team assists new and existing property investors who are considering Accor Apartments & Realty management. With involved in the pre-opening of new hotels and resorts, we work closely with developers and operational teams, focusing on optimising investor sales, facilitating the sale of furniture packages and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the operational pre-opening phase. This team also develops and administers owner-benefit programs such as the Partnership Program, a residential membership program that was one of the first of its kind in Australia and on par with some of the great hotels of the world.

Owner Relations

Leading the way in strata owner services, our Owner Relation Managers (ORMs) provide extensive support to unit owners and provide a premium personalised service. Each property has a dedicated ORM who contacts owners regularly, personally and via quarterly newsletters. The Quarterly Newsletter for every strata property under management is emailed directly to each of our owners. These comprise property updates, and regional and national sales and marketing updates.

Refurbishment

The consistency of accommodation quality plays a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction, maximising returns for unit owners, and maintaining long-term asset value. To address this, Accor Apartments & Realty has established an in-house Refurbishment Team dedicated to delivering personalised value-added services to all unit owners.
By collaborating with skilled interior designers and project managers, they offer a wide range of value-add services. These services encompass everything from complete furniture packages and upgrades to common areas, to on-demand replacement items. This ensures that the property maintains its high brand standards while minimising costs for the owners.

Real Estate Services

Accor Realty provides owners with premium, trusted and innovative real estate services. From Sales to Property Management, with many of our owner’s interstate or international investors, we place high importance on aligning the Accor values to our best practice process. The Residential Property sector is highly regulated and all of our agents are licensed and experienced professionals within their field. As agents, our role is to help you fully understand the rental and sales process whilst achieving the best possible price either by weekly rental amount or sale conditions that meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.

Strata

Apartment owners and Bodies Corporate represent Accor Apartments & Realty key stakeholders, making the protection of caretaking and letting agreements paramount. Our Asset Management department includes a team dedicated to Strata Operations who ensure that our obligations to our Bodies Corporate are met and that the duties under our caretaking agreements are fulfilled. This team also provides stakeholders with senior Accor Hotels Apartments & Realty representation at all general Body Corporate meetings and AGM's.

Operational Compliance

Accor Apartments & Realty compliance team's objective is to provide our stakeholders with services founded on transparency and integrity. The Compliance team provides training to hotel operational teams and ensures that team members comply with current legislation and internal policies and procedures at all times, at both a corporate and property level. Accor Apartments & Realty aim to meet and exceed our compliance obligations in a proactive and best-practice manner.
